MAS Dynamics LLC is the US entity of a building performance practice that has delivered LEED, EDGE and energy modeling work on more than 200 projects in 20 countries since 2010. In the United States our focus is independent commissioning.

Mehmet leads every commissioning engagement himself: the OPR workshop, design review, functional testing on site and the LEED documentation.
He has acted as Commissioning Authority on hospitality, retail and industrial projects in the United States, Türkiye and the Maldives, and has delivered LEED and energy modeling work on commercial projects across the US. He built Glodra to run those projects.
How we are organized
- US entity: MAS Dynamics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its office at 260 Madison Avenue, New York.
- Field work: our CxA on site for key milestones, and local commissioning technicians under our direction for extended testing periods where a project needs them.
