What it tracks
One record per piece of equipment, from the schedule on the drawings to the signed functional test.
- Equipment master list by system, level and zone, imported from the schedules
- Pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests assigned per equipment, signed on site from a tablet
- Issues log with photos, responsible party, due date and verification status, exported in the LEED Cx report format
- Design and submittal review comments with their resolution history
- Document vault for the OPR, BOD, Cx plan, test scripts and systems manual
- Owner dashboard: share of equipment tested, open issues by trade, upcoming site visits
